Hi, I'm Angelica, owner and groomer at The Dog Detail Shop, a locally owned home-based business in Moore, Oklahoma. I am an all-around animal lover! I grew up on a farm in NW Oklahoma and I worked for a veterinarian all through school. It's through those experiences where my love for all animals was nurtured, but I have a special fondness for dogs. It's the joy, love, and enrichment that they bring to my life. True members of my family. I know you feel the same way about your special pet.

My husband, Darrell, and I are also hobby breeders of Shichon puppies, also known as "Teddy Bear" puppies! A Shichon is a beautiful designer cross between the loyal Shih Tzu and the happy Bichon Frise. You can check out our available puppies HERE.

A few years ago, I started grooming just to take care of my own dogs. I found that I really love it and have a talent for it! I then started grooming the dogs of friends and family. My dream of building my passion into a business grew so I enrolled in grooming school and business classes. God has blessed me to be able to turn my passion into a business so that my work every day is with the animals I love so much!
